Through online psychological counseling, I’ll help you gain a better understanding of yourself.
In my 20’s, I unexpectedly lost my mother. In my grief, I experienced what it’s like when your anchors disappear and only emptiness remains.
Later, during a period of close to burnout, I backpacked through Southeast Asia for seven months, hoping that the distance would help me start over. Instead, I realized that no matter where I go, I always carry my own story with me: my fears, my loneliness, my patterns and the resources I have within me.
These experiences and my professional journey together led to the approach I take today as a psychologist.
I got my bachelor’s degree in psychology in the United States and my master’s degree at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. I studied in the Postgraduate Counseling Program at ELTE, Hungary, specializing in crisis counseling.
I am currently training in Schema Therapy and Couple and Family Therapy.
