About me
Bernadett Tóth - Psychologist
I believe that every situation in life is an opportunity for self-discovery, and that inner journeys — just like voyages of discovery around the world — open up new perspectives and help us better understand ourselves and our relationships. My work is guided by openness, acceptance, and an approach that builds on individual resources: I strive to help everyone find their own answers and move forward courageously in their lives, whether it’s about personal development, relationships, or challenges at work.
- I began my studies in the United States, which made me open to diverse cultures and perspectives. This sensitive, inclusive perspective was complemented by a practice-oriented master’s degree in work and organizational psychology from the University of Debrecen, Hungary.
- In addition to my work as a psychologist, I have worked for more than ten years in the business sector in the areas of HR, training, and development. Here, I became deeply convinced that mental well-being is a key factor not only at the individual level, but also at the organizational level — especially in stress management and burnout prevention.
- I am currently continuing my postgraduate studies in the Crisis specialization of the ELTE Counseling Psychologist program, where I am deepening my professional knowledge related to mental processing of unexpected life situations and losses. In addition, I work as a schema therapist consultant, where I focus on recognizing and reworking recurring emotional and behavioral patterns. At the same time, I am participating in family and couples therapy training, where I am learning a systemic approach that helps me understand relationship dynamics and provide personalized support.

Services
Individual online consultation
I believe there are no right or wrong answers, only answers that help us move forward. Together, we explore possible perspectives and options, while supporting the steps that encourage change and reconnection with personal resources.
In my work, I support adults who are experiencing difficulty, uncertainty or feeling stuck in their current life situation. The consultation process helps participants better understand and process everyday challenges. Our aim together is to deepen self-awareness, broaden coping strategies, and strengthen awareness of individual resources within a safe and structured framework.
Couples and family therapy with dual guidance
In my work in Couples and Family Therapy, I take a systemic approach, focusing on relationship patterns and interactions. The process is conducted together with a co-therapist in training, which creates multiple perspectives and a more balanced therapeutic space. The goal of our joint cooperation is to make relationship difficulties more understandable and to help families or couples find new, more effective solutions on a daily basis.
Corporate workshop
As a psychologist, I hold corporate workshops aimed at providing practical solutions to everyday workplace challenges from a psychological perspective. The sessions focus on stress management, burnout prevention, reducing emotional strain, and developing more conscious functioning and cooperation. The workshops are interactive, experience-based, and always tailored to the current needs of the organization and team, supporting sustainable performance and mental well-being.
